Paint over wallpaper walls. - Repair & paint cupboards, wardrobes throughout house - Paint windowsills and frames inside and out - Ensure all windows open freely without jamming. - Repair or replace window latches and stays/window hardware. - Paint house exterior - Paint tiled roof - New door hardware throughout house (handle type for low maintenance) - New carpets and flooring throughout. - New blinds throughout. - Remove aerial on roof that is not used for TV. - Check that chimney on roof is not damaged. Bedrooms - All bedrooms… - New carpet - Paint throughout - Repair sliding wardrobe doors, so they work properly. - New Blinds - New door hardware Front bedroom - Fix bedroom door (sliding door) so that it opens easily and properly - Fix sliding wardrobe doors so they work properly Lounge - Remove fireplace bricks in lounge wall and on floor, and re-gib the fireplace hole and plaster and paint wall - Tidy wiring for TV etc – Inside and outside the house. No hanging wires to be seen - Remove sliding door between lounge & kitchen, Leave pelmet. - Repair lounge window on left of heat pump - New blinds - New carpet - Check for water ingress in lounge ceiling Kitchen - Insert new ducted rangehood for healthy homes compliance. - Insert splashbacks where necessary - New Lino to be overlaid on existing lino - New handles on kitchen cabinetry - New bench tops to fit existing cupboards - New sink - New high pressure hot water cylinder, leave in current location Laundry/Toilet Room - Leave existing toilet in current location. - Leave shelving near ceiling - New laundry Tub and taps Bathroom - New Vanity: 900mm - Bathroom Fan (extractor fan), healthy home compliant - Heated towel rail - New mirror - New Lino Other - Number 67A on outside of house - New washing line installed outside – attached to fence
