Replace bathroom

Like for like replacement of a small bathroom (2m by 2m): Install bath over shower, vanity, bathroom accessories, wallboard & skirtings. Will require plumber (move some outlet locations and install new bathroom fixtures and fittings, electrician (installation of bathroom plug and heated towel rail switch), and building skills to support these tasks. Notes: floor is chipboard, house raised with under floor access. Ceiling access also not difficult. Low pressure system (header tank). Timeframes - this summer, completed nlt end of March. House is a one bathroom house, so once started job needs to progress to completion. ( not suitable for an ongoing project).
