DRAW UP/PERMITS if needed PREPARE: Dig out approx 0.5m3 from current sloped driveway to form flat bed to extend concrete pad; retain or slope to support up to 0.4m high where material been dug out for new slab; NEW CONCRETE: lay new concrete slab extension to match current slab level; REMOVE: remove all existing roofing and cladding WALLS: timber frame new walls ; repair/replace existing framing as needed; clad all with colorsteel; ROOF: timber rafters mono-pitch, colorsteel.
