Room Refesh

I have a 3x2m bathroom that I'm refreshing. After stripping off the old wallpaper that had been painted over, looks like walls need plastering to tidy up dents, holes, grooves & cracks. Plastering finish needs to be paint ready. The vanity has been tempoarily removed, the bath & shower will remain where they are. Prior to plastering will need electrician to remove heated towel rail & light over the shower. The extractor fan/lights will also be removed & replaced with a new unit.
