Bedroom and ensuite renovation

Bedroom approx 4mx4m with ensuite approx 2mx2m off it. We wish to renovate the ensuite by updating the toilet and vanity; and replacing the shower with a walk in shower area. We want to replace the vanity with a freestanding hand basin and wall storage, ie the floor will be free. We are considering tiled floors and walls. We wish to have the walls insulated and double glazed window. The floor is wooden. We also want to consider suitable heating and ventilation. The bedroom has celing and under floor insulation. We wish to have the walls insulated. We have a corner window to the floor which we want to replace with a post in the coner and an opening windoe on one side. There is a ranchslider door and window that we wish to have a a double glazed system.
