Shower Room Renovation

The job is for the renovation of a shower room in a rental property. The shower is a 3 sided shower in its own shower room separate from the main bathroom. The existing shower is approximately 30 years old and is leaking and the existing seratone linings are at the end of their expected life. Job entails the following: remove existing shower linings, and shower door. Repair/replace woodwork as required. Reuse existing stainless steel shower base or replace if cheaper. Supply and fit new shower linings in white (can be seratone or more modern type shower lining - whatever is cheaper to purchase and fit), fit new shower door, mixer, and shower head (owner to supply door, mixer, and shower head), repair existing widow sill located in showerbox, remove existing sliding door between shower room and laundry and gib over hole both sides, relocate heated towel rail to space where door was (owner to supply replacement heated towel rail), gib stop and prepare for painting.
