3 projects 1; Re-purposing shower area, existing bathroom and adding 2nd toilet

Previous owners took out bath and replaced [poor install and surrounds] a shower . We have replaced hot water system with infinity gas system - resulting in a "cupboard" area that had electric hot water cylinder. We are looking at 3 areas of work in existing floor plan. 1st is to replace shower with wet area shower, 2nd is remodel toilet/bathroom area and 3rd is possibility of adding 2nd toilet in vacated hot water cylinder area. Washing machine could join dryer in garage to gain space if desired. Not looking for 5 star / gold plated job - but solid professional workmanlike job. 6 Photos are attached 1 is area from kitchen, 2nd is vacated hot cylinder area, 3rd is the existing toilet, 4th is current shower to become wet area shower, 5th is bathroom area for possible remodel and last is the outside showing the dimensions with the two single pane windows included.
