Bach renovation

We would like to do a basic renovation of our old bach. Basics include replacing floors, pile repairs, lining some walls, some external recladding, new kitchen, new bathroom, fencing, repainting, adding a dividing wall to large space to make two rooms. We would like someone local that can project manage and coordinate trades as we live in Auckland.
