Full Kitchen Renovation / Laundry / Toilet

Hi, I'm looking to do a full kitchen reno as well as potentially updating the adjoining laundry/toilet on my Invercargill rental property (richmond/turnbull thompson park). As this property is used as a rental, i'm not looking for top of the line, just something at the lower end of the scale which is simple and maximises the space. I'm open to any ideas you might have with the laundry / toilet as well. Just after a few quotes from multiple builders at this stage before heading to the bank for approval. Would love a total cost from start to finish i.e removal of current kitchen, installing new kitchen, time estimate, cost estimate, labour etc. Also would love to see any previous work you have done which might be similar to what i'm looking for.
