Kitchen reno

Hey Looking at a whole new kitchen basically. Im planning on knocking down a door/wall between my kitchen and laundry and making one big kitchen + laundry. Starting from the top and working down... (Im sure Im missing something, but you've got a pretty good idea) New ceiling + ceiling access stairs walls - building paper, insulation (2 walls), gib floor - Im not too sure of their condition but will need either a new floor or parts replaced (a couple bits feel a bit soft) - probably some floor leveling doors - 2 new doors ( 1 internal and 1 superheater closet) - and the jambs and then the new kitchen stuff and laundry things.
