new en suite

Hi. We take possession of our new home at the end of this month and are keen to add an en suite bathroom to the master. See the floor plan and crude drawing (bold lines) where the en suite would be attached to the master. Looking for just a toilet and vanity depending on the space available to either include small walk through wardrobe or a shower. Haven't decided as we are unfamiliar with the space. At the same time or in the near future, we would also be renovating the existing bathroom on the current floor plan so open to discussion about this as well. We will aim for a walk through of the property on --- .
