Damaged bath needs replaced. The wall linings extend over the lip of the bath and will need replaced. This work is covered by insurance and the insurance company want a quote before the work starts. Insurance also want to know if the bath can be repaired. I have been told that this type of bath cannot be repaired. There is also a shower on the end wall of the bath area. Plumbing is all in place so would leave it up to builder to decide if one is needed. What I have put in the budget is a total guess.
