2 bathroom rents. A window out and walled up. Fence around house. Wallpaper and paint. Etc etc I need a renovator to come into my home and have a look around and quote 2 renewed bathrooms , paint and wallpaper, taking windows out and walling up 1 and alluminium joinery for other ones. I just need a quote to fix up things. Kitchen needs some attention too, including new oven and cook top. Etc. Cupboards and wardrobes need a tidy too. Just an all round tidy up. Can add photos when I move into house tommorrow.

1. Communication not good. 2. Some days wouldn't tell me they were coming and just turn up and other days said they were coming and did not turn up all day.
