Laundry Room Reno

Hey folks, There's a small cupboard in my laundry room that used to house the hot water cylinder, which is now gone. I'd like to get back the space and have a new basin installed that has spaces for actually connecting a washer and heatpump dryer with no vent. The closet is --- D, has some electrical points, a water connection (I think), and the alarm box. I'd like it to be cleaned up, regibbed and painted if necessary so it looks proper/natural.
