Finish 1990s addition, bathroom renovation, possible new roof

We've purchased a house. It has an addition that was permitted in 1990 that was partially completed (with council approval). It has a bedroom with an en-suite in it and we'd like to finish it off. We'd also like to renovate the existing bathroom a little, swap out the hot water cylinder (currently in that bathroom) for a high pressure one, and move it within the room. Water might need to be brought from the existing bathroom as it doesn't seem like that was done (sewer lines appear to be in place). As part of this we've been advised it might be easiest to run plumbing through the roof which probably should be replaced anyway (roof is low pitch corrugated iron and about 120 sqm). We'd like some ball park estimates of costs and availability, we'll have possession in mid January 2024
