Full Reno price and timeframe estimate

I am looking for someone to price and estimate timeframes to renovate this house on trademe as part of my investigations and preparations to submit an offer. Trademe auction # --- I'm under no illusion it will be a 'cheap' or 'instant' renovation and given the condition of the house there are likely to be some quirky challenges, I'm quite realistic. I'm wanting to find a local company with local subbies so the money I spend building my home will go into my local community.
