New Door/Deck

We want to take a window out in our lounge and put in a stacker door that stacks outside against the house. The door needs to be double glazed with a white frame. We would like to see an image of the door before committing to buying it. We also want to know what company you would have make the door. We then want a large pine deck in our front yard which will have some angles to it and we'll require a half wall/banister of some kind near the door for safety. The deck needs inbuild steps on two sides and a small access door on the driveway side in case we need to get under to retrieve anything that gets dropped under the deck. There is a tap on the front that the house that may need moving out of the way of the deck. As an optional cost we'd like the cost of built in seating on two sides of the deck. We're looking for a registered builder with insurance and proof of these will be required. If you can provide examples of similar work done recently that would be an advantage. We're looking to start this job asap and want someone who can do the full job from start to finish without unnecessary delays. We don't want our job to be fit in amongst other work but rather our job be the priority so it doesn't drag out for ages.
