Builder needed 70s townhouse - laundry/bathroom and kitchen do up

Have a plumber and maybe a sparkie onboard already - need Builder to action and project manage looking at rejigging current laundry into a wet room walk in bathroom and laundry. Kitchen hoping to have replumbed and want to install apartment one wall kitchen area on centre wall. Also looking at holing up a current doorframe and reframing out an internal window (tell me bout it wth eh )into a barn door . Most likely just a kitset kitchen from bunnings built up - i’m not afraid of getting on the basic tools myself like i can do a kit set ish and that. I’m a first time and this would be my first project so looking for a straight up no BS person who is also gentle with the inexperience they dealing with. Timeframes are whenever possible - bathroom refit is the priority of the project
