Small bathroom renovation
Job description
Total renovation of a small-sized corner bathroom. Dimensions are as follows: Length: 2080mm Width: 1950 Height - pitched ceiling: High end: 2660, Low end: 1950 Looking to replace/change the following items: - Removal of existing steel bathtub and shower plumbing in half-wall, replacement with new corner bathtub and rain shower head and column, - New corner bath tub and faucets, to be moved into length-side wall (shower plumbing is currently mounted in the half wall), - Replacement of existing wall tiling and ceiling paneling with plasterboard (with tiling for the shower/bath space), - New toilet, with cistern to be mounted inwall if possible, - Free standing vanity and mirror - If feasible, replacement of existing terracotta floor tiling with 80mm tongue and groove rimu floorboards (happy to restore these from lower-quality recycled stock), - New heated towel rack. Flexible on when to start project, current thinking around June/July. Happy to extend lead time if this will reduce the project delivery time.

Project was completed on time, with minor cost overruns due to unforeseeable events. Micah was very professional, and kept me up to date before and through out the project. His subcontractors were also top blokes, delivering on time. The project was tricky in places, but all involved were able to offer good advice on decisions required. All in all, I am very satisfied with how the project went and the final product.
