Rumpus Room Renovation

Our rumpus room is on a concrete slab - it seems to have a bit of rot and water tightness issues. We would like to replace the existing windows and French doors with aluminum framed double glazed windows (which we already have on order with HP Windows), remove and replace any rotten wood and make the room good for the future. Water proof, re-line walls, plaster and paint In addition we would like to deck (or pave) an outdoor area approx. 5mx6m
