Bathroom Renovation

Existing bath, shower, toilet and vanity require replacing with owner supplying all fixtures and fittings. Works to happen in October. 1. Remove vinyl flooring, shower, bath, vanity, toilet. All electrical appliances will be removed by owner prior 2. Timber on walls and skirting is 1200 high and there is 9.2 lineal metres of it to be removed plus the area behind the shower. To be replaced with aqualine/villa board or whatever is required. Install new skirting board to be supplied by Owner 3. Prepare surfaces for tiling and gib stopping as required. Paint all walls (2.7m high) with owner supplied paint. 4. Install 1700 mm free standing bath supplied by owner which is to be against 2 walls.. 5. Install new corner acrylic shower as supplied by Owner. Will be of similar shape to existing. 6. Install tiles on walls marked in red up to a height of windowsill (1 metre). Tiles supplied by Owner 7. Owner to install new flooring 8. Install vanity and toilet supplied by owner 9. Owner to supply all tap fittings, sink, shower and and bath waste. 10. Contractor to supply all other materials to complete job
