The en suite bathroom is 6.5 square metres (2.5m X 2.6m) which is off the Master bedroom and the wardrobe is next to it. The issue is that water is coming out of the tiled wall and causing the vanity to become rotten, this occurs slowly when shower is running (not a plumbing issue). The shower's floor is tiled. I have felt the wardrobe's carpet and it does not seem damp. We think that the tiles around the shower have not had the waterproofing agent applied. What we would like is the bathroom remodelled using the existing bath and toilet, possibly a replacement shower and new vanity. The tiles on both the floor and walls will probably need replacing as they are no longer available. There also might be building work required if we find that the wooden frame / wall is rotten once the tiles are removed.
