Bathroom reno: • Area: 5 sqm • Remove old shower enclosure • Refurbish concrete and align drain pipe for new shower enclosure • Tear down current panel wall between shower and vanity • Install new shower enclosure. Owner to purchase enclosure (Induro 3-sided, 900 x 900 left hand molding) • Inspect wall between shower enclosure and corridor. Replace petrified wood. • Remove old ceiling • Install new ceiling • Re-position vent in new ceiling • Retain and reuse existing bath tub • Replace bath tub fixtures • Remove old mirror (860 mm x 900 mm) and replace with new mirror • Remove and replace wall lighting fixture and wiring • Remove and replace vanity (465 mm x 910 mm x 810 mm). Owner to purchase vanity. • Remove existing vinyl flooring • Bathroom floor masonry work to convert floor-to-wall corner from round to orthogonal (90-degree) • Install new vinyl planks flooring • Strip worn out and apply putty on worn out paint patches on window sill. • Strip and apply putty on worn out paint patches of door. • Propose color motif for wall and ceiling. Paint wall, ceiling, door, window sill. Optional: • Retrofit bath tub area with shower fixtures. (Bath tub can be used as 2nd shower area.) Toilet reno: • Area: 1.7 sqm • Remove existing vinyl flooring • Bathroom floor masonry work to convert floor-to-wall corner from round to orthogonal (90-degree) • Install new vinyl planks flooring • Propose color motif for wall and ceiling.
