I am first and foremost after a draftsman who can help me put my Reno’s on paper. I want to turn a bathroom and seperate toilet into a whole room and create a seperate toilet elsewhere. I want to create a wet room in the new bathroom. I need it done like yesterday as current shower tray has a crack in it so water is going somewhere it shouldn’t be going. I want to line the toilet basin and shower along the back wall. The window above the shower needs to be gone. The washbasin will go in the middle of the toilet and shower and the shower head will need to be moved to the back wall. Access to the new bathroom will be the door which goes into the toilet but I would like it to open to the wall. I would need the light switch moved to allow this to happen. I also want my kitchen renovated as well. I want to create a u-shaped kitchen with an island. In doing this I will need to close off doors and create other ones. I want to knock the cupboards out and create bench space which I am lacking now. Sink will stay where it is. Opposite the sink is the pantry which I want gone and an island put in there. The second door in the kitchen leads into the hallway. I want the fridge relocated here and that will be where the island starts. I want to relocate my oven to where the door leads in the laundry room so will need to close that off. We will also install an extractor. As I have closed the door from laundry room to kitchen, I need to create another door from laundry room to hallway for access from back door to house. I also have 2 linen cupboards in the hallway next to the toilet which I would like to turn into a seperate toilet.
