Bathroom Shower Replacement

I have a shower that has been leaking for some time. We suspect it is either the shower, waterproofing or plumbing, called in plumber couple of times with no luck finding the issues without opening the walls (This shower is on 2nd level). We believe the easiest option would be to fix the current shower if the leak could be stopped however we suspect a total replacement is the best way forward. We need someone to remove the existing shower and install new one including all work required. Photo attached of existing shower
