Ensuite - Architect

Currently our bedroom opens onto a concrete verandah via double french doors then onto a wooden deck. We would to turn the verandah into an ensuite. We think it would be a matter of adding a wooden floor and one external wall which we would like finished of in James Hardy Axon or like cladding to enclose the room. Have added a photo & rough measurements of verandah. At this stage we would like an Architects ideas & the costs associated with enclosing this area. Thank you
