Kitchen renovation #2

Update from previous listing --- posted 2 months ago: Apologies if this comes across as rude, but it has now been 12 weeks and I have 8 different builders come to look at this project. From these 8 builders only one has bothered to return a quote and they missed things. Please do not bother contacting me if you cannot do simple things like respond to an email, update me on what is happening or take several weeks to return a quote. Removal of two load bearing walls surrounding galley kitchen and addition of Hyspan beam in ceiling, re-lining of walls etc., closing out one door between hallway/kitchen. Installation of kitchen etc. Addition of pile under one section of wall. Removal of pelmets. Job involves a fair bit of "make good" work. We are keen to start as soon as possible. Consent already approved, basic architectural drawings available. Documents available on request. We are looking for a LPB who has excellent communication, high standards and can guide us through the renovation process and offer excellent advise where they think applicable. If able to co-ordinate and bring in other trades ( plasterers/painters ) etc. this would be helpful also. We have a basic kitchen design that has been done by Placemakers for the space that we are happy with but we are also open to looking at other options. References/evidence of previous work appreciated. Cheers Matt
