Total bathroom refresh

Strip and remove small (5m2) existing family bathroom. We want to do a quality job, but would like to use fairly simple finishes and fittings. Fit lining and waterproof, install pocket slider door, skirting and architrave. Install external ventilation, flooring, wall and ceiling covering. Install lighting, toilet, vanity and sink, bath, shower, mirror cabinet, towel rail and toilet paper holder. We do have electrical work and some other minor building jobs to try and build in around this work. So timing may need to be negotiated. We are open to your supply of materials, fixtures and fittings, but can source and supply these ourselves according to agreed specifications - so it will need to represent the best value for money.
