"The homeowners review is not a fair reflection of the feedback we received from them verbally, over the phone and via text. A week later after the invoice was only half paid they decided that the door they choose was to small and then proceeded to try and get out of paying the remaining amount.
This is thoroughly disappointing as we helped this client more than once only to be unfairly reviewed."
