Bathroom part-reno

We had a basic reno done 11 years ago. The bath with shower over has leaked for a while now. I have been told it was never sealed/waterproofed properly in the first place. This job entails removing the bath and linings around bath. Any framing in behind to be replaced if necessary (if rotten). New gib etc. Then new linings, Bath put back in and all sealed properly. Will need advice on flooring, perhaps lift vinyl and replace with tiles. Toilet and vanity in good condition, so the major issue with this bathroom is the bath/shower and flooring. Entire square m of bathroom and adjoining toilet is 5.6m2. Needs to be completed by the end of April. I'm pretty particular, so someone with an eye for detail and a careful, attentive work ethic would be ideal. Many thanks
