Up for the job? Possible leak fix in some pipes and bathroom Reno

I'm wanting to understand the cost of turningy existing laundry room and toilet into an additional bathroom with a shower, toilet and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer). It's a Lockwood home, so will need to take waterproofing into account. I'm suspecting a pipe leak under my current sink in my laundry room, so hoping to have this investigated too. Wanting to know how much it would cost to fix the leak and the additional cost for Reno.
