HELP! New Shower Replacement needed ASAP

I have large cracks in my shower base and am in need of a corner concave shower replacement. I would need the contractor to purchase the shower ( --- base, 1 door, shower dome) and install as well. We may be able to keep the same fixtures. I would like to also get a quote/advice on whether you think a square shower would be suitable as well. There may be some water damage underneath the base, so would need a quote on how much that would be to fix as well. Would need to see credentials if plumbing work is needed. Preferably done ASAP as we cannot use our shower in its current state. Would like to know payment options as well (credit card, payment plans etc) Thank you in advance!! :)
