Extended family conversion
Job description
We have planning permission granted for conversion of an existing laundry into an en suite bathroom and mini kitchenette to make an existing space self contained for my father, as well as altering an existing wet room to accomodate the new laundry. We have the designs / plans all drawn up. will need a builder as well as a plumber and electrician. Involves removing an existing sky light and putting in solar tubing, building the ensuite, fitting a kit set mini kitchen and installing bench / cabinetry in the new laundry for the washing , dryer etc to go under. Keen to get started as soon as possible as permission has been granted.
