1945 to 2016 refurb
Job description
My unit is one of two with one adjoining wall built in 1945 ex Housing NZ. I want to completely refurbish (change bathroom to kitchen, remove walls, change kitchen to bedroom, laundry to bathroom/laundry) etc. Also need double glazing, HRV and insulation, carpet, moving walls and removing a chimney on the shared wall. Basically I need a building planner and/or project planner

Drawings were delivered on time, and with fantastic options. Realistic and collaborative ideas including some very good adjustments based on room available which ended up costing less and achieving a better outcome. Always a bonus!
