We're looking to renovate our bathroom. It's a relatively small space that currently squeezes an acrylic shower, bath and vanity in one room, with the toilet in a small separate adjoining room. We're looking to update each of these items and make some layout changes at the same time. The floor is currently lino, that we'd like to pull back to the timber underneath - sanded and polished. Some tiling would be involved for the walls and around the bath. The shower is currently --- . We'd love to get something a bit bigger, but the space is tricky right by the entrance doorway. We're on a low pressure hot water cylinder, and would consider switching to Gas/infinity as part of the project but realise cost might prevent this. The laundry is right next door. We'd like to treat the floor in there at the same time and build some cabinetry to tidy up the space and get stuff off the floor. Please see rough plans here: --- I look forward to your reply and meeting you in person if you're interested. Cheers, Mark

Excellent builder. Polite, prompt and did his best to involve us in the decisions along the way. Also managed a bunch of sub-contractors flawlessly - even when the floor had to be redone (through no fault of his). Highly recommended. I'd definitely commission Simon again for any further work.
