I'm looking to have a window in my lounge removed, with matching exterior weatherboards and a new wall built in the old window's place. The replacing wall will need to be sturdy enough to support a wall mounted 60" plasma TV. I also have some floor boarding work I need done in a loft area. At this stage I'm looking for quotes.

Gavin did a fantastic job of removing an unwanted window and rebuilding a wall, inside and out. The wall itself required a specific design due to it being intended to hold the weight of a TV, and Gavin listened to all the requirements and met the brief with an ideal solution. His communication was clear and prompt, his workmanship is of quality and the cost was both reasonable and competitive. I would happily hire G&M Smith contractors again for future home renovations.
