Builder needed for bathroom renovation and new bathroom build.

We are installing a toilet and vanity into an upstairs cupboard, we will have building consent for this job and it will also involved the installation of a roof window. We are also renovating the bottom bathroom at the same time which sits directly below the new bathroom upstairs. The downstairs bathroom involves the removal of a wall between the current toilet and bathroom and creating a new doorway, we will have builders consent for this too as it requires a lintel to be installed. We are looking for a builder to semi-project manage the job as well as do the building work. We have organised our own plumber and we are able to do demolition work ourselves as well as organise rubbish removal etc. WE ARE WANTING TO START THE JOB IN NOVEMBER. THE BUILDER WE HAD ORGANISED TO DO THE JOB HAS PULLED OUT DUE TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH TIME TO DO IT. Please quote for the job only if you are available on this short notice.
