Refrigerator slot replacement

We are looking for someone to come look at our refrigerator slot in the kitchen. It's quite small and we are unable to find a fridge that fits into the space. We believe that removing this will give us the extra space but would like a professionals opinion. We ideally would want a cabinet placed back around the fridge but we are working with a small space so understand this might not be possible. Have added photos below.

Ruslan was very professional, explained his plans before starting the work. He came in under the initial quote. Was able to complete the work within a few weeks of initial contact. Overall nice and professional guy and we are really happy with the work. Would 100% use him again for future projects.
