Bathroom and Laundry make over.

We want to remove a bath, move the vanity and increase the size of the shower recess. This will involve removing part of the wardrobe which is on the adjacent wall to the shower recess. I have a plumber organised but need the structural work done in the bathroom. Currently, our laundry is in the garage, which has been converted into a living area. We would like a wall erected to separate the laundry from this living area and to build some cupboards for storage along the new wall in the laundry. We would also like to build a work top over our front-loading washing machine and dryer. Ready for an immediate start if you are available.
