Build and fit a second bathroom

We have a one bathroom house and want to add a second bathroom. There is a space where two hall closets and a bedroom closet meet which we think is large enough for a compact bathroom (approximately 1m x 2m). The job would involve knocking out the inside of the closets to make the space, putting in the gib walls and ceiling etc, and installing the bathroom. Very happy for for people to come and have a look at the situation
