New look

We are looking to have 2 new extra bedrooms on the existing three bedroom house. The current bedrooms one of the room will partially be a office room and a laundry beside it and a separate toilet. Along the new extended hallway. The existing bathroom and toilet has a wall in the middle separating them both which on the new Plans will be one room, with a shower bath and vanity only. The existing stand alone kent fire in the kitchen we taking that out and a new fire place put in the lounge. The new added master bedroom will have an ensuit shower and toilet and a walk in wardrobe. The current lounge will also have an added new doorway leading to the front of the house from the front gate. Within budget we look to add decking although not essential as yet. Please note existing house is made of hasting stone brick. And is on concrete foundation the new added rooms will be on wooden piles and the exteria of hardie planks painted after build is finished. We are now in a stage of getting consent and look to get the job started possibly as soon as the consent is finalised. This takes around 4 weeks after advise from council. Our budget is pretty tight and looking for a great competitive price with quality. I have the finished drawings for pricing and happy to forward individually to interested registered builders.
