Jeremy Barr and his apprentice are great to deal with. Clean tidy workers and remove all the rubbish from job. Jeremy keeps you informed of any problems that come up and is a good problem solver. The only thing I woukd suggest is to get written quotes from the Electrician as he came in well over original quote. Jeremys quote was fixed and didnt change. I would recommend Jeremy Barr Construction for any building work.

"Unfortunately in this case when the job was opened up there was unexpected work to be completed by the electrician which couldnt have been predicted and in turn increased the Electricians price. Going forward I will ensure all sub-trades keep myself and the customer fully informed throughout the project instead of just an increase at the end.
