House was built in 1910 ish 100sq in size, additions were done in 1950 and ceiling were dropped to 2.4 but original 3.0 ceiling were left in this needs to reinstated. Some internal walls to be removed and some walls to be put up as i am changing the layout. Full internal renovation including bathroom, kitchen, rewire of house. install new bifold doors. No time frame set yet but in the next few months.
