1920s bungalow bathroom to be modernised. Needs completely gutting, ceiling rejibbed too, shower fitted in place of shub, new vanity, new flooring, replace sash windows- doesn’t need to be a sash replacement. We do have another bathroom to use while this is being worked on so possibly could work us in along side another job. We also have a kitchen that will need renovation soon too.
