Remove old shower in main bathroom and replace; 2 walls re-gibbed, lined, painted; investigate dampness in walls and floor, install heat lamp and fan; new vanity. Replace lino. Reseal shower in ensuite and replace lino. Check damp coming through from main bathroom. Install heat lamp and fan in ensuite.

Shane of SMW excelled at communicating with us and keeping us updated as the renovations progressed. He identified problems and worked with us to develop solutions we were happy with. He also project-managed for us and kept the other tradies on schedule. He reviewed their work to ensure it was of the high quality that he would expect for himself. We would definitely use him again.
