Kitchen and Laundry Reno

Kitchen: Wish to take out part of a wall (Architect Plans and Council approval obtained), anchors to be installed from in wall into concrete floor for bracing, small amount of regibbing will be required and ceiling repaired. Tidy up electrics, including removal of small wall heater and fix wall lining. Move existing door out to other hallway. Move existing pantry to new position, and remove most existing cabinetry. Assemble replacement flatpack cabinets including Breakfast Bar. Install new benchtop - plumbing required. Replace old extractor fan and repair wall. Laundry: Assemble flatpack cabinet and install new benchtop over washing machine, cabinet and drier. Plumbing required. See photos and my plan attached. Photo 1 shows existing kitchen bench space- the corner cabinet will remain with new matching door. Photo 2 shows wall to be removed, from left side of fridge tp the right. Pantry cabinet to right of fridge to be relocated as in Photo 3 Photo 3 show back wall – existing breakfast bar together with small unit on right are to be removed, making way for the Pantry from Photo 2 to go into the new space left of window. My plan gives a good overview. NB we have council approved structural plans.
