Bathroom renovation (replacement)
Job description
Needing plumber and builder for full bathroom replacement (layout as is) incl. Removal of current acrylic shower, any repairs to wall/s due to water damage. Reinstate fully tiled shower (will require suitable professional for waterproofing & tile install). Removal and install of new vanity and bath. New tapware. Removal of faux wall tile sheeting and replace with new GIB if none underneath (?). Install mirror cabinet and towel rail. Toilet door jam removal and rehang door. Replace small vanity in separate toilet room. * Prepared to do demo ourselves and would prefer shower removal first and bath last as have young children and only one bathroom. Trying to arrange tiler we have used previously but open to recommendations. We have vanity x2, mirror cabinet, towel rail and vanity tapware here & ready to go. Tiles to be ordered- want to discuss with trades first. Will require references for similar jobs. Cheers
