Bathroom Renovation

Bathroom renovation: Room dimensions: 1.8m x 1.8m 1. Replace ageing aqualine surrounding bath with new aqualine. 2. Box off dead space at head end of bath tub. 3. Upgrade bath tapware (bath itself to stay as is, shower slide/mixer to stay also) 4. Replace shower curtain rail with half screen. 5. Replace corner vanity with 900mm wall hung vanity. This will likely require a water outlet to be re-positioned (see under basin photo). Upgrade basin tapware. 6. Replace vinyl flooring with laminate flooring. 7. Replace current extractor fan with modern extractor fan including light. 8. Re-line walls if necessary as the paint is peeling off (unsure of gib integrity) Optional but not necessary: painting of walls Toilet room renovation: Room dimensions: 1.8m x 0.9m 1. Replace toilet with back-to-wall toilet. 2. Replace vinyl flooring with laminate flooring to match bathroom. 3. Optional but not necessary: painting of walls Work to be carried out between 18th December --- th January 2023.
