Bathroom Renovation

We are looking at getting our bathroom renovated. It currently has a bathtub a shower over the bathtub, an extractor fan that does not work a basin that needs replacing, leaking taps, mould on ceiling (sick of cleaning it all the time) old wall paper and a rotten wall that has affected the hall way wall and carpet. So we are looking at quotes to get it revamped with new shower unit, remove bathtub new basin, new extractor fan, fresh paint job, tiles or Lino, wall and carpet replacement for hall way. I’m also trying to tell my husband into combining our toilet with the bathroom (I need some professional advice on this one). So was wanting to knock down the wall and putting maybe a small section/wall in between the toilet and basin. Will need new toilet as well and probably a wall built and preferably have a slide door for access into the bathroom and toilet. What kind of prices are we looking at?
