Remove existing units and install new shower, toilet and vanity unit. Change position of door and remove old toilet and convert into wardrobe opening from bedroom. Reline bathroom walls. Total size around 12sq mts. Tile floor and walls. I'll need electrician to install lights, heater, towel rail and a plumber to connect new units. Minor building work needed.
